Terms of Use
Rules for using Zweepp.
These terms set out the conditions for accessing the Zweepp website, subscriptions, accounts, project storage and browser-based swept-path tools.
Last updated: 8 August 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
By visiting the website, creating an account, subscribing, opening the application or using any Zweepp service, you agree to these terms. If you use Zweepp for a company, client, public authority, school or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
If a separate written agreement has been signed with Zweepp, that agreement applies to the extent it conflicts with these online terms.
2. What Zweepp provides
Zweepp provides browser-based tools for drawing, testing, visualising, saving and exporting vehicle swept-path diagrams. The service is intended to support design review and communication. It is not a substitute for professional engineering judgement, site verification, regulatory review or safety approval.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including projects created, uploaded, saved, shared or exported through it.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, security risk, non-payment, breach of these terms or conduct that could harm Zweepp, other users or third parties.
4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Paid access is provided through the plans shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase. Prices, inclusions and plan names may change, but changes will not reduce the paid period you have already bought unless required by law or agreed with you.
Checkout and payment processing are handled by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges for the plan you choose until cancelled. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund time already paid for.
If payment fails, a chargeback occurs or subscription status cannot be verified, access to paid features may be paused or removed.
5. Your content and project material
You keep ownership of plans, drawings, routes, project names, geometry, exports and other content you upload or create in Zweepp. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, display, copy, back up, transmit and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure and improve the service.
You must ensure you have the rights and permissions needed for any site plans, drawings, client material, addresses, images or data you upload. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, confidential or regulated material unless you are authorised and have confirmed that Zweepp is appropriate for that use.
6. Professional use and design responsibility
Zweepp outputs depend on user inputs, selected vehicles, plan scale, route geometry, software assumptions and browser behaviour. You are responsible for checking all dimensions, clearances, vehicle data, site conditions, rules and final drawings before relying on an output.
You must not treat Zweepp outputs as certified engineering documents unless they have been reviewed, verified and approved by appropriately qualified professionals under the requirements that apply to the project.
7. Acceptable use
You must not break the law, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer or resell substantial parts of Zweepp, share unauthorised account access, or use Zweepp in a way that could create safety risk without independent professional review.
8. Zweepp intellectual property
The Zweepp name, logo, interface, software, vehicle libraries, workflows, templates, documentation, graphics and website content belong to Zweepp or its licensors. These terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of the service itself.
You may use exports generated from your own lawful project content for your internal work, client communication and project documentation, subject to these terms and any plan limits.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Zweepp useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, remove or limit features, perform maintenance, update vehicle data, change hosting arrangements or discontinue parts of the service.
10. Third-party services
Zweepp may rely on third-party services such as hosting, database, email delivery and Stripe payment processing. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zweepp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, compliant, suitable for a specific project, accepted by an authority, or free from errors. You use Zweepp at your own risk and remain responsible for independent verification.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zweepp will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive or loss-of-profit damages, or for loss of data, loss of business, project delay, design error, construction issue or regulatory rejection arising from use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to Zweepp for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Zweepp against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your project content, your breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your reliance on outputs without appropriate review.
14. Termination
You may stop using Zweepp at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create legal or security risk, or if continuing to provide the service is no longer commercially or technically reasonable. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities.
15. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to the Zweepp operator, unless consumer or local law gives you rights that cannot be changed by contract. Before publishing, have this section reviewed and updated with the correct legal entity, address and jurisdiction.
